We welcome all international orders. We can accept your credit card or PayPal. Our site calculates international shipping based on the size of the order. RETURN POLICY:
All of our products are covered by our 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee. This gives you plenty of time if for any reason you wish to exchange or return a product.
NOTE: We regret that we cannot give refunds on paints, mediums, books and DVDs. All sales of these items are final. In the event of a defective disc, we will replace it with an identical one. IMPORTANT:
Please Call Before Returning a Product – Please call 1-866-POCHADE (1-866-762-4233) Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Mountain Time for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number so that our staff can arrange a speedy exchange or refund. Products returned without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER cannot be processed for exchange, refund or credit.

Products in Salable Condition – You may return any product in salable condition (unused and unblemished) at your expense within 30 days of the original sale for exchange or a full refund of the purchase price.
Used or Blemished Products – You may return used or blemished products within 30 days of the original sale, at your expense, for partial credit of the purchase price. The amount of such partial credit will be determined by us depending on the condition of the returned product. Partial credit for used or damaged products will be in the form of a "store credit" against purchase of Judsons products.
Products Shipped in Error – We will refund to you the return shipping cost for incorrect products shipped as a result of a Judsons error.
Return Address – Please send returned items with RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER clearly marked on the shipping label to our warehouse address:
Refund, Credit or Exchange – Refund, credit or exchange will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected by our warehouse.
Replacement Orders – If you’d like us to send your replacement order right away, we’ll charge you the purchase price of your new item, send it on its way and credit you for your returned item when it is received.
ONE YEAR WARRANTY
All our products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace, at our sole discretion, defective products within one year of date of original sale. In the unlikely event that you have a defective product, please call 1-866-POCHADE (1-866-762-4233) to arrange a return.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
Please inspect your order carefully for shipping damage as soon as possible after you receive it. If you see evidence of shipping damage, please follow the instructions outlined below. We reserve the right to refuse any damage claim when these procedures are not followed.
