Frank Serrano on our New Catalog
Our new catalog is going to the printers any day now, and our cover art will feature this painting, entitled Hazey Hills near Lincoln Park, by Frank Serrano.
Frank is known for capturing the light and atmosphere of his native southern California, where he has been painting outdoors since the early '90s. He is the author of the book Plein Air Painting in Oil, published by the Walter Foster Company, and has created two instructional DVDs. He also offers plein air workshops.
He has served as plein air painting consultant for Walt Disney Studios and has taught at the Disney Academy in Burbank, California.
