6th Annual Plein Air Convention
The Sixth Annual Plein Air Convention is coming up April 23-28 and is almost sold out. Shown above is Balboa Park in San Diego, one of the beautiful venues for painting outdoors with some 80 well-known artists.
There is an optional 1 1/2 day pre-convention workshop with leading artist Quang Ho (April 23) as well as:
- A plein air basics course
- Art Showcase easel space
- Expo Hall featuring over 40 sources of equipment, travel destinations and education, offering convention-only pricing
- Oil, Water Media and Pastel tracks
- Main stage, demo and field presentations
- Art Marketing boot camp
