California artist Tom Fagan not only paints plein air, both urban and rural, he will also paint your wedding or other event, live on-the-spot.
His blog mentions a situation on the street in Las Vegas where he had to contend with spray from a fountain and flashing lights on his painting. He also does landscapes, such as this 12x16 oil done in Oregon (below).
