Plein Air Force - Veterans Squad
At the Plein Air Convention this year, Plein Air Magazine publisher Eric Rhodes introduced the idea, "What if plein air painters would offer to teach a veteran in their town how to paint outdoors?"
Now there is a Plein Air Force Veteran's Squad, which has its own Facebook page, and this video by Michigan plein air painter Dennis Tyson, which explains the program and resources, including the website PaintOutside.com

Besides Dennis Tyson, some other artists who have become involved are Roger Rossi, Steve Hill and Laura Wambsgans.
